Emily and I are home now, and we would like to thank you for organising what turned out to be a wonderful trip. We enjoyed visiting all the various places, and the hotels were comfortable. People were very friendly and helpful. The pace of the trip was perfect, travelling but not exhausting.
The driver Chandra was very good and I would have no issue with recommending him as a driver. He was very polite, punctual, and courteous. We felt he was a very safe driver, and would like to extend our thanks to him as well.
With the benefit of hindsight, I would have stayed an extra day or two in Verkala rather than the extra days in Mumbai, but that is as I say with the benefit of hindsight.
Once again, thank you so very much for all your help in organising this trip for us, which we will remember fondly for many years to come.

Dear State Express,

To whom it may concern, we are writing you regarding the package booked with andanitravel for the India golden triangle from the 01/03/2020 to the 11/03/2020.
On the 4th of March ’20 the staff from the Sher Gary Resort in Road Village Sherpur, Khilchipur, Rajasthan 322001, Ranthanbore, following the Advise from the Government of Rajasthan, invited us to leave the resort and the State of India as soon as possible due to our Italian Nationality.
Immediately we contacted the DCM Italy of Rajasthan, Mr Carini, who told us there was a mistake and the Advise number 27 of the 4th of March 2020 was withdrawn with immediate effect.
Although we informed on a timely manner the resort staff, we have been asked to leave anyhow.
Only after the DCM Italy informed the resort about the mistake, we have been given the opportunity to leave the resort the following morning.
All these difficulties, the constant hostility by the people in India despite the advise number 28, the decision made by the State Express emergency contact( Harish Bhatt) to interrupt our trip and the news regarding the spread of COVID-19 in India, induced us to arrange autonomously for a flight back home as soon as possible.
At least but not last we kindly ask you to let us know of any official way to provide a positive feedback to the great support, empathy, help, kindness, professionalism, flexibility and special assistant given by the driver Mr Ashok Yadav in the sphere of his competences.

Con mia moglie abbiamo fatto sette tour nel Sud Est Asiatico e questa è la seconda volte che veniamo in India, non abbiamo mai avuto problemi ma questo tour è davvero eccezionale.
Gli alberghi vanno bene, rispondono alle nostre aspettative e anche il mangiare va bene.
Solo a Mangalajodi le condizioni igieniche fanno pietà ma lo sapevamo e sapevamo anche che per andare a visitare il lago Chilika non era possibile fare diversamente.

I would give you our positive feedbacks about our trip in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Hotels were clean and comfortable, our driver Babu was really great, very reliable, nice and well educated! All guides were professional, excepted for that of Trivandrum, not very skilled and shallow.
I suggest you to include the visit to AUROVILLE in the program, because it is really a magic and very interesting place to see (we did it). Our next trip could be Ladakh, from the extreme south to the far north, so could you please let us know the right period (from June to August) with festival or nice events to see?

The guides are warm and knowledgable though our limited English. The hotels are wonderful except the Bissau Palace which is not very comfortable for its facilities are not so good. Anywhere, that is also another kind experience of heritage culture, so frow this view, it is also good.
I couldn’t have been more pleasure with the experience you provided and i would recommend you and your company to anyone who wants to visit India in future.

We had a great time because of Sonu throughout our 9 days in northern India. He kept the car clean everyday and was always well turned out, which is something I appreciate. He was so polite,had a great mood, he had full attention, great advice, excellent driving skills. We felt safe with him and we enjoyed his demeanor which was always positive and jovial. Sonu knew all the roads and gave us great advice where to stop for breaks and rest which was very helpful. My daughter and son in law experienced something that they will never get in the US.
All in all he is a good man. Please make sure he is well compensated for his service. I would like you to share this email with him too. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. Additionally we were pretty much comfortable in the car……..though I did have to jump in the back and sit sideways.

We did a tour with Soles4Souls and State Express in January. I can’t fault my experience and time. It wasn’t the usual tour for guides Rishi and Ajay from State Express and driver Bunty, as we were going into schools giving out shoes as well as visiting the tourist attractions but they embraced the experience as much as we did. They looked after us from the beginning to the end and went out of their way to make our trip memorable and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, they even managed to get us tickets to the republic day parade what an experience! I felt relaxed knowing I was taken very good care of during the trip. Ajay and Rishi were very knowledgeable about the different attractions we visited and could answer the MANY questions we all had. They are both wonderful people and made our trip so much more enjoyable and fun. Our drivers helped us feel at ease as we were taken from Delhi, to Agra then to Jaipur and to all the schools and attractions. I would thoroughly recommend using a State Express for any visits to India.

The trip we did with Soles4Souls Travel organized by State Express was a wonderful experience on all levels. Kumbh Mela Allahabad February 2019. Very well organised. We were picked up from our b& b in Varanasi and driven to Allahabad where we stayed for three days. Our accommodation at the camp site was perfect. The staff very helpful. The food was good. Our guide (Baldev) for the ceremony on 10th February was excellent. He looked after us extremely well and we felt very safe with him. At the end of our trip we were driven back to Varanasi, Both drivers were good and on time and got us to our destinations without any problems despite the traffic.
A wonderful and unique experience all round. So glad to have been able to have the opportunity to visit this fascinating country and for such a special occasion.

Now that I’m back to Paris (18° and rain), I would like to give you my feedback over my recent trip in India (as I have told Sanjeev over the phone). As I have already said many times, the driver and the car were really very good; Rajesh is really competent and pleasant; I think that his presence has made the journey much more agreeable
The hotel in Aurangabad (the Keys) was very very good; and the manager also allowed me to get into my room at 5.30 in the morning, without further charge; I really appreciated that the hotel in Bijapur (Madhuvan) was NOT good: the rooms and the bathrooms were very dirty, lots of cockroaches, not a real shower available; I know that we have discussed about that before leaving, and that you have suggested to go straight to Badami; I just want to let you know that we have seen new hotels in Bijapur, maybe not finished yet, but maybe they could represent a good alternative in the future on the contrary, the restaurant of the Manduhavan hotel was one of the best we have found overall I’m very satisfied about the state express service as my sister and her family will probably come to India next Christmas, I will ask her to get in touch with you.
